About Us

Mosaic

/mōˈzāik/
A work of art that brings different shades of color together to form a complete picture.

Mosaic Matchmaking

Was designed with all shades of black and brown in mind. We founded Mosaic Matchmaking because we saw that populations of color were underrepresented in the dating services industry and we wanted to change that.

We guide you through the entire journey of finding a mate from searching for potential partners, vetting matches, providing you with a slate of viable candidates, planning the date, and gathering post-date feedback.

As a Mosaic Matchmaking client, you don’t just get a matchmaker that can help you find your special someone, you get a confidante that helps you with dating and relationship advice as love blossoms.

We provide date coaching and matchmaking services to professionals of color. What differentiates us from other matchmaking services is our focus on serving diverse populations and promoting intentional dating. Many other matchmaking services cater to white men that have a high net worth.

We remove barriers to traditional, exclusive matchmaking services by increasing accessibility.

We are committed to understanding your wants and needs and providing a great experience.

Our Ultimate Goal

Is to help professionals of color find and build intentional relationships with a potential life partner. In addition to matchmaking services, we also provide date coaching, relationship consulting and host singles mixer events.

The Founder
Brooke Fitzpatrick

I understand firsthand how frustrating finding a partner can be, especially for professionals of color. I tried lots of dating apps and spent countless hours scrolling through profiles in search of a man who I thought would make an ideal partner. It was an endless loop of matching, messaging back and forth, and trying to determine if they were looking for love or if they were just playing games. If I did end up meeting the guy in person, the first date was usually the last.

It wasn’t until I met my husband Jared that I understood what it means to truly be compatible with someone. After speaking with many friends and acquaintances about their struggles in finding love, I founded Mosaic Matchmaking to help professionals of color find their partner.

In matching compatible black and brown professionals, I think about the lessons learned from my dating challenges. I also use the recruiting and relationship building skills I have acquired in my professional career to connect people as a matchmaker and relationship coach. My greatest joy is helping people establish meaningful connections that lead to long-term, committed relationships. At Mosaic Matchmaking, we get to know the real you and understand the vision you have for your life to make the most compatible match.
